Multiyear agreement includes technology, customer care, fulfillment services, and Web site design

(NASDAQ: GSIC), a leading provider of e-commerce solutions, today announced it has signed a multiyear agreement with Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. (NASDAQ: CHIC), which provides fashion-conscious women in their teens and early twenties with the latest in stylish apparel and accessories. GSI will provide Charlotte Russe with technology, customer care, fulfillment services, and Web site design.
