Reports 29% Growth in Cameleon Activity

Chicago, Illinois and Toulouse, France, May 9, 2006 - Access Commerce, a leading provider of multichannel commerce solutions, today reported revenue for the first quarter of 2006 totaled 2.24 million Euros, an increase from €2.14 million posted in the comparable period of 2005. Cameleon license revenue was very strong during the quarter, posting growth of more than 90% over the previous year period, bolstered by several large-scale agreements. Revenue from Integration activity fell compared with the prior year period, as the measures designed to boost this activity (updated product offering and hiring of additional sales personnel) are not expected to yield results until the second half of 2006.

The Company announced that it expects its 2006 breakeven point to be between €10 million and €10.5 million (excluding integration of the Exsyde acquisition) and that it continues to see seasonal variation in sales in the fourth quarter. In an effort to accelerate its growth strategy in industrial, distribution and services markets, the Company has taken measures including a significant expansion of its sales force and development of partnerships with global market players.
