SANTA CLARA, Calif. - March 9, 2004 – Cardonet, Inc., a provider of advanced product information management solutions for medium to large enterprises, today announced that QRS Corporation (Nasdaq: QRSI) has licensed software developed by Cardonet to provide the foundation for QRS IMPACT™, QRS’ comprehensive product information management (PIM) solution.
QRS announced the availability of QRS IMPACT at the National Retail Federation’s 2004 Members Forum in January 2004. Among other things, QRS IMPACT offers retail industry-specific requirements and integrates with QRS’ collaborative commerce solutions for the global retail trading community.

Customers include Office Depot, Alcon (a subsidiary of Nestle), Northrop Grumman, Newark InOne, Hoovers (a subsidiary of Dun & Bradstreet), Nalco Company, and Computer Sciences Corporation, among others. Cardonet will continue to develop new versions of its software to support a variety of product information management applications.
