WorldWide Retail Exchange membership grows to 41

The WorldWide Retail Exchange today announced the addition four new members: Bangkok-based Makro Asia; and U.S. retailers Meijer Inc.; Wegmans Food Markets Inc.; and Winn-Dixie Stores Inc. The additions bring the group's membership to 41 with combined sales of nearly $600 billion. The WorldWide Retail Exchange is business-to-business exchange designed to facilitate and simplify trading between retailers and more than 100,000 suppliers, partners and distributors. Its membership includes reatilers in the U.S., Europe, Africa and Asia.
