Cam Balzer becomes the retailer’s chief growth officer.
Online-only retailer MightyNest has hired Cam Balzer as its chief growth officer.
Balzer will oversee the natural, organic and non-toxic products retailer’s growth strategy, product selection, social media tactics and marketing plan.
Balzer previously was chief marketing officer at multichannel retailer Threadless.com, which sells T-shirts, bags and other products. He held that position since February 2011, according to his LinkedIn profile. He joined Threadless in April 2009 as vice president, marketing.
Prior to joining Threadless, Balzer held a variety of jobs at marketing agency Performics Inc., including vice president of emerging media. He has also worked as Internet manager at health care company Baxter International.
