The acquisition will add more than 300 products to L’Oreal’s lineup.
The employees will help sell and manage its award-winning global tracking platform, ExactView.
London, 11 June 2012 – Performance Horizon Group (PHG), a leading provider of performance marketing technology, has appointed two people to its Farringdon, London office to help sell and manage its award-winning global tracking platform, ExactView.
Elizabeth D’arcy-Potts, 28, from Shoreditch joins the company as business development manager. The first class honours degree graduate, who read Arabic and French at Exeter University, has an enviable track record spanning the digital marketing industry. It was her expertise selling the benefits of a Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud-hosted portal within the multimedia sector which not only led her to the role but made her a prime candidate for PHG.
A fully qualified piano teacher, Elizabeth said: “PHG really sparked my attention because its ExactView technology is not only making waves in the performance marketing sector for its innovation, but it is also answering an industry-wide need by providing agencies and brands with true ROI on their affiliate programmes. It is very difficult to sell the benefits of a service or platform of this nature if you cannot benchmark real results, but all of PHG’s clients can effectively measure their increase in incremental sales alongside their decrease in labour-intensive administration. So, from a new business perspective it is refreshing to be able to share such tangible results with the clients I speak to.”
Joining Elizabeth is 24-year old Will Goff from Clapham North. With an excellent understanding of the affiliate sector having over four years’ experience with Buy.at before and after its acquisition by Affiliate Window, Will takes on the role of client delivery executive. In his new position, rugby-mad Will is the first port of call for all of PHG’s clients that require support and training for ExactView.
The new appointments come hot off the heels of two recent award wins for PHG after it was named ‘Innovative Start-Up 2012’ at the Marketing Innovation awards and ‘Best New Entrant’ at the Performance Marketing awards.
