Jeff Clayton joins the company from database marketing firm Merkle.
Web analytics firm Webtrends Inc. has named Jeff Clayton vice president of sales for North America. Clayton joins the firm after working as vice president of interactive solutions strategy for database marketing firm Merkle.
In his new job Clayton will help to develop Webtrends' long-term strategy.
"His depth of experience will provide value to Webtrends as it continues to thrive as a full service marketing optimization firm with the most comprehensive and value-based technologies and strategic services," says Alex Yoder, Webtrends CEO.
Clayton has held an array of vice president of sales and business development positions at such companies as Responsys, DoubleClick, Unica and ROI Direct.
