Based in New York, NY, Mr. Young will report to Epsilon’s President and CEO, Bryan Kennedy. He will be charged with building a next-generation agency by leveraging the strengths of Epsilon’s assets combined with a powerful new vision for how brands must be built in the 21st century.

Mr. Young joins Epsilon from Rapp where he served as Managing Director, Rapp NY, with responsibility for all resources, growth and agency reputation, working with leading clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Merck, ESPN, NFL, Travel Channel, Johnson & Johnson and General Mills. Earlier in his career, Mr. Young held leadership positions specializing in digital strategy and client services at various agencies including Targetbase, and developed international experience with roles at McKinsey & Co in China and IBC Group/US Peace Corps in Kazakhstan, providing business consulting and training to over 120 small and medium enterprises.
