Marshall previously worked as president of Pace E-Commerce, a division of Pace Communications, where she worked on the marketing efforts for several retail web sites. She has also held marketing positions at L.L. Bean Inc., No. 24 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide, The Vermont Country Store and Ross-Simons Inc., No. 155.
