Stephen R. Denton has resigned as president of online marketing company LinkShare Corp. Meanwhile, Kelli Beougher has been promoted from vice president of lead generation services to senior vice president, and Arun Bordoloi, senior vice president of services, who runs the company’s affiliate marketing business, has added responsibility for managing LinkShare`s search engine marketing business.
John J-H Kim, CEO of LinkShare`s parent company Rakuten USA, will serve as interim president during the search for a new president, LinkShare says.
In her new role, Beougher will oversee LinkShare`s entry into new businesses and manage the daily operations of the company’s publisher network. Before joining LinkShare in 2001, Beougher held posts at now-defunct Priceline WebHouse Club, a former licensee of name-your-own-price web site Priceline.com, and GE Capital Management.
Prior to LinkShare, Bordoloi served as senior vice president for advertising agency Draftfcb. Bordoloi also has worked with AvenueA/Razorfish, a digital advertising firm, Ernst & Young and Deloitte Consulting.
