AB&C Group names Cathy Jo Van Pelt vice president of client services

AB&C Group, provider of outsourced order processing, call center, and fulfillment services, has appointed Cathy Jo Van Pelt vice president of client services. Van Pelt joined AB&C Group in 1992 as one of the company’s first call center representatives.

 

AB&C; Group, provider of outsourced direct response order processing, call center, and fulfillment services, has appointed Cathy Jo Van Pelt vice president of client services. Van Pelt joined AB&C; Group in 1992 as one of the company’s first call center representatives in the Charles Town, WV, facility. She held supervisory positions in AB&C;’s call centers before transferring to the company’s client services department in 1995. Van Pelt most recently was director of client services.

AB&C; Group’s clients include The Smithsonian Catalogue, The Paragon, Barrie Pace, National Wildlife Direct, Bra Smyth, U.S. Olympic Committee, Winterthur, Heifer International and Rubbermaid.
