Demand for new e-commerce features and platform upgrades is driving up the need for experts in web site engineering, user experience, creative services and overall project management, Fry says. “We’re hiring in all four locations-New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Ann Arbor, MI,” he says.
The firm currently employs about 170 people, up from 130 a year ago, and is looking to hire another 15 to 20 people this year, Fry says.
Fry lists about 80 companies on its client list, about 75% of the retailers. Clients include 1-800-Flowers.com, Amazon.com, J.C. Penney and The Home Depot.
