Retail Systems Research recently conducted a study to explore the financial challenges inherent in cross-channel order lifecycle management. Along the way, they uncovered some startling evidence of a direct connection between effective omni-channel order lifecycle management and winning retail performance. For example, the researchers found that 74% of retail winners have online visibility of in-store inventory, while only 23% of non-winners could provide the capability. Similarly, 73% of winners are able to track in-store fulfillment costs. Non-winners? Only 27% can track the cost of fulfilling orders from the store.
During this webinar, Dave Bruno from Aptos will engage Paula Rosenblum and Nikki Baird from RSR in an interactive review of the key findings from their groundbreaking study, including:
• The five key takeaways from the research
• A deeper examination of the correlation between order execution effectiveness and winning performance
• A discussion of the root causes for winners’ success, including recommendations for those looking to improve upon order execution
