Experian hires Peter DeNunzio to oversee CheetahMail’s U.S. offices.
Digital marketing and data management vendor Experian Marketing Services has appointed Peter DeNunzio as general manager of its e-mail marketing division, CheetahMail. He will manage all CheetahMail offices in the United States and report to Experian president Matt Seeley, Experian says.
DeNunzio succeeds Rachel Bergman, who is now CEO of Experian Alchemy Social, which provides social media marketing technology to retailers, the company says.
“Through his leadership and breadth of experience, Peter brings a strategic vision that is essential as we continue to invest in technology and innovative solutions that help our marquee clients deliver truly coordinated, relevant and response-driven marketing programs,” Seeley says.
DeNunzio most recently served as president of U.S. Customer Loyalty business at loyalty management company Aimia (formerly Carlson Marketing) where he led the design and delivery of all U.S. consumer loyalty programs, Experian says. He worked there from August 2011 until October. Before that he was president of digital advertising and marketing firm Draftfcb New York. He also spent 14 years at international advertising, marketing and public relations firm Ogilvy & Mather, where he held general manager and senior partner positions, according to Experian and DeNunzio’s LinkedIn profile.

In addition to marketing services, Experian provides web traffic data, including recently listing the top five most visited web sites on Black Friday.
