RitzPix.com, the e-commerce and digital photo services arm of Ritz & Wolf Camera & Image, has a pretty clear picture of what it wants consumers to do with its latest site redesign: more shopping and sharing.

The new RitzPix.com, No. 471 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide, features an updated look, enhanced photo editing, extended product offerings and Microsoft’s latest Silverlight technology, which enables digital photo users to run richer Internet applications.

Specific new design elements include:

“The web site is both relevant and functional,” says Peter Tahmin, vice president of imaging and online. “The new RitzPix.com experience is innovative, fun, easy-to-use and ties the in-store imaging experience of our more than 1,800 kiosks nationwide to the web for the first time.”

RitzPix.com generated web sales of $14 million in 2010.
