Digital River to manage European online sales for Freecom’s digital storage devices


 MINNEAPOLIS – Sept. 29, 2010 – Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions, today announced that it has signed an agreement to manage European online sales for Freecom, a Mitsubishi Kagaku Media company and award-winning manufacturer of external hard drives and portable storage devices. As part of the agreement, Digital River will be managing global e-commerce operations, e-marketing, payments and the physical fulfillment of products across Europe.
