Live Current Media Inc. Appoints Amy Frankel as Vice President, General Counsel

VANCOUVER, BC – May 21, 2008 – Communicate.com Inc. dba Live Current Media Inc. (OTCBB: CMNN), a media company built around content and commerce destinations, announced that it has named Amy Frankel as Vice President, General Counsel effective immediately. In this role, Amy will oversee all domestic and international legal affairs for Live Current including intellectual property, risk management, licensing, content contract negotiations, commerce and distribution agreements, and dispute resolution.

Amy brings 14 years of legal experience from across North America, including four years as Associate General Counsel & Director of Legal Affairs for Skechers USA Inc. At Skechers, Amy was involved in handling all legal issues for the multi-national corporation with over 1,400 employees and annual revenue of over $900 million USD.

Amy currently serves on the Board of Directors for Skechers USA Canada Inc., the Canadian subsidiary of Skechers USA Inc. Amy completed her J.D. at University of California, Hastings College of the Law and is licensed with the State Bar of California and the Law Society of British Columbia.
