Comprised of a series of easy-to-use technology utilities and modules, Bigfoot Interactive’s retail marketing automation tool kit is designed to integrate and automate a wide range of communication and commerce dialogs based on a customer’s profile, preferences or purchase behavior. Turnkey modules within the tool kit include welcome messages, order and shipping confirmations, dynamic up-sell/cross-sell triggers, product alerts, shopping cart abandonment triggers and more. This comprehensive offering allows companies to develop, update and deploy timely, relevant email communications and promotions that build customer loyalty, drive incremental sales and maximize ROI.
