Skipping the checkout line: a first look at Ahold USA's pick-up service

Overall, it was a great experience. Pick-Up offered the convenience of 24/7 online shopping, avoided the frustrations of the checkout line, allowed us to receive the groceries on our schedule, and all without any added fees or delivery charges. In fact, it felt a lot less like a luxury, and a lot more like how grocery shopping ought to be.
