FootLocker Inc. has a new e-commerce site for women.

The new site, which dubs itself “Your destination for fit, performance and style,” has scrolling images on its home page, YouTube videos, a wish list feature and live chat. It offers free shipping on all orders.

A Get Fit Guide leads a shopper through a set of products based on her preferred workout activity and body shape.

SIX02.com is the e-retail extension of FootLocker’s SIX:02 line of physical stores. The merchant launched the SIX02 brand in 2012 with three bricks-and-mortar locations; it now operates five stores in Connecticut, Texas, New Jersey and Florida.  The retailer plans to open two more stores this year.

"SIX:02 has been well-received in the local communities where we have opened stores," says Natalie Ellis, vice president and general manager of SIX:02. "We are excited to now offer SIX02.com so that women across the country can experience the brand and find premium fitness and athletic gear that fits her personality, versatility and individual style."

FootLocker, No. 51 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide, also sells online at FootLocker.com and LadyFootLocker.com. The merchant brought in $612.0 million in online sales in 2012, a 33.9% increase over $457.0 in 2011.
