JERSEY CITY, N.J. – July 1, 2013 – Single Touch Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:SITO), a technology based mobile media solutions provider, announced today it has signed its first client for its newly launched FollowMe℠ location based ad service. Peter Piper Pizza, a leading pizza and entertainment restaurant chain in the Southwestern U.S. will use Single Touch’s FollowMe℠ mobile solution to deliver targeted ads to the smartphones of people within close proximity of their pizzerias. The initial pilot will test in several locations throughout Texas.
This Advertising Network Seller Agreement comes to Single Touch through Santy Integrated, an advertising firm whose clients include Peter Piper Pizza and Paradise Bakery & Cafe, as well as consumer goods products including Calbee North America and Healthguard.

In recent years, according to Pizza Magazine's “Pizza Power Report,” Peter Piper Pizza ranked #3 in the top 50 U.S. pizzerias in sales per unit. Peter Piper, Inc. currently has 139 company and franchise-owned restaurants, in the southwestern U.S. and Mexico.
Through the FollowMe℠ pilot Peter Piper Pizza and Santy will create a virtual zone, or geo-fence, around several pizzerias and deliver coupons, special offers and ads to the targeted smartphones phones within the geo-fenced zone.
“Delivering a coupon or ad to a customer certainly increases brand awareness. However, delivering that coupon or ad to a customer who is within close proximity of the goods or services being offered, via their mobile device, has an amplified impact in terms of brand impression, customer acquisition, and resulting revenues,” stated Single Touch President and CEO, James Orsini.
According to data published on www.sparksheet.com, 90% of people conducting a mobile search act within 1 day, and 70% act within 1 hour. “There is an immediacy with mobile” said Orsini.
