This exclusively opt-in solution offers loyal customers the chance to receive VIP service,rewards, and offers from their favorite retailers. When a customer downloads a retailer’sbranded app and opts-in to the program, Nomi Engage leverages POS, e-commerce,CRM, and loyalty data to develop customer profiles and preferences that enable aseamless omni-channel experience.
When a customer enters a retail location with their smartphone, Nomi uses the store’s existing Wi-Fi infrastructure to detect the customer’s presence and notify the retailer ofhis or her preferences. The retailer can then leverage those preferences to personalizethe shopping experience through a sales associate or Branding Brand’s mobileapplication.
