Brendan Quirk said today it has promoted Brendan Quirk to executive vice president of customer experience. Quirk was general manager of the e-retailer’s bike division. is part of Liberty Interactive Corp., No. 7 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide. says Quirk will oversee “every aspect of the customer experience across all specialty retail brands in the family.”

Quirk joined in September 2011, after the e-retailer bought Competitive Cyclist, an e-retailer that Quirk co-founded in 1999 and where he was CEO. Drew Medlock, general merchandise manager for bicycles, takes over Quirk’s old job as leader of the e-retailer’s bike division.
