German electronics multichannel retailer Cyberport GmbH’s says its philosophy is to offer customers high-quality products at a good price, while providing stellar service. The site aims to make it simple for a shopper to find exactly what he is looking for via a number of filtering options. For instance, a shopper looking for a notebook computer can move arrows on the corresponding category page to narrow his options by price, display size and speed. He can also check to view only computers from a particular manufacturer, those that are newly arrived or that are on sale. Every Tuesday the retailer launches a weekly special sourced by Cyberport’s product managers who, the retailer says, are always on the lookout for the products at the best prices.
