Leading order management provider expands executive leadership team to further develop the customer experience

Bilinkas brings over 30 years of experience driving global customer programs and will be responsible for customer implementation, training and support at Dydacomp. Prior to joining Dydacomp, Bilinkas was Director of Operations for Avaya, a global leader in business collaboration and communication solutions, where most recently she managed product documentation and localization for a $5 billion product portfolio. Bilinkas also held leadership and field level assignments at Avaya, including responsibility for supporting the company’s distributors and value-added resellers serving small and mid-size businesses. Prior to Avaya, Bilinkas held various positions at Lucent Technologies and AT&T.
