Harry and David Holdings Inc. has a new senior vice president of merchandising. Jackie Ardrey is now responsible for developing and managing overall merchandising, assortment and supply strategy for the e-retailer.

Harry and David, No. 108 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide, sells gift baskets and food, including chocolates and baked goods.

Ardrey comes from clothing retailer Hanna Andersson, where from April 2010 until September 2012 she worked as senior vice president of merchandising, design and wholesale. She started with the company in 1997, after working as a marketing representative for May Merchandising Co.

“We’re truly thrilled to welcome Jackie to the Harry and David family,” says CEO Craig Johnson. “Jackie brings with her a stellar background that we feel will be compatible with the direction we’re looking towards for growth, quality and innovation.”
