The toy retailer appoints head of American Eagle Outfitters’ digital technology to oversee IT and digital operations as it takes its e-commerce platform in-house.
Lissa Napolillo will lead the Retail Sector client services team and provide strategy and execution of Epsilon’s business plans.

In this role, Ms. Napolillo will lead the Retail Sector client services team and provide strategy and execution of Epsilon’s business plans. She will partner with Epsilon’s technology services leadership to execute against client deliverables and create end-to-end solutions that drive marketing performance across a variety of channels, leveraging deep consumer insight.

Ms. Napolillo has over twenty years of management and marketing experience including data, analytics, digital services and strategy. She has deep expertise in multichannel marketing including retail, web, catalog and wholesale. Prior to Epsilon, Napolillo was President at MBS Insight, Inc. (a division of GSI Commerce, an eBay company), where she grew the database division significantly during her tenure. She held a variety of roles during her fifteen year span at MBS Insight including Principal, Executive Vice President and Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Ms. Napolillo will be based in Epsilon’s New York, NY office.
