IdentityMind Partners with Rapleaf to Provide Integrated E-mail Reputation to IdentityMind’s Antifraud Platform Services

Palo Alto, CA June 11, 2012 IdentityMind™, an on-demand platform that provides a comprehensive solution to solve next generation anti fraud services, today announced a new partnership with Rapleaf, the leader in real-time data services for email.

“Positive identification and accurate payment reputation are key to mitigate online commerce risk. Merchants want to make sure they aren’t stopping good users, and Payment Service Providers (PSP) want to know they are on-boarding good individuals,” said Jose Caldera, IdentityMind’s VP of Platform Management. “Rapleaf enhances IdentityMind eDNA™ with clear and measurable data about an internet identity’s email address”.

IdentityMind’s electronic DNA (eDNA™) is a patent-pending technology for associating user parameters that uniquely describe an Internet identity.

Online merchants and PSP will benefit from a fully integrated email validation as part of IdentityMind’s anti fraud service. Fraud analysts can either automatically or manually access Rapleaf’s email verification database within the context of transaction analysis for anti fraud or while assessing the risk of underwriting an individual, all seamlessly integrated into IdentityMind’s analysis user interface. Furthermore, analysts can incorporate the specifics of an email verification as part of their anti fraud filters, along with all the other fraud indicators available within the IdentityMind’s Antifraud Platform.
