First USPS Postal Qualified Wholesaler to Offer ePacket for Internet Retailers Shipping Lightweight Low-Value Parcels

PHILADELPHIA, PA – April 19, 2012 – Brokers Worldwide is pleased to announce that it is the first United States Postal Service® (USPS) Postal Qualified Wholesaler (PQW) offering USPS Commercial ePacket® Service.  ePacket® is an economical shipping solution designed for eTailers who send lightweight, low-value merchandise and are in need of tracking and delivery confirmation.

Brokers Worldwide has been offering ePacket® Service to internet retailers since March 2012 and just recently began shipping for the USPS’ first ePacket® customer.  The USPS currently offers the service through its New York (JFK) and Chicago (ORD) International Service Centers (ISC’s); however, there are plans to expand the offering to the West Coast sometime next year.
