The acquisition will add more than 300 products to L’Oreal’s lineup.
The Texas-based e-commerce services firm also shifts its call center.
PFSweb Inc. will move its corporate headquarters to Allen, TX, from Plano, TX, both Dallas suburbs. The company, which provides e-commerce platform and fulfillment center services to online retailers, says it has signed a 10-year lease for 95,877 square feet of office space.
The e-commerce services provider says the move will take place later this month, with 350 employees relocating to the new offices. The company says it also plans to hire 300 more employees within five to 10 years. The company received unspecified assistance for the move from the Allen Economic Development Corporation, or AEDC.
“We’re excited to make this investment to relocate our PFSweb corporate headquarters to the City of Allen,” says Mark Layton, CEO of PFSweb. “We believe Allen is a great fit for our company, and it’s been a pleasure to work closely with the AEDC to meet the complex objectives of our fast-growing web commerce technology company.
PFSweb also will move its call center operations from Plano to downtown Dallas.
