E-commerce software provider Zeon Solutions has merged with Grand River Inc., which  sells design and development services to online retailers. Terms were not disclosed.

The two companies will retain their names.

Zeon says it has 250 employees, while Grand River, also known as Grand River Interactive, has 35. The combined company will work both in the business-to-business and business-to-consumer areas.

Both organizations have complementary capabilities and deep e-commerce skill sets, so we see this as an outstanding opportunity to grow together,” says Rupesh Agrawal, Zeon’s CEO. “We are bringing together two multi-geographical and multi-talented teams that, when combined, are stronger than before.  We are well positioned to make our clients even more successful with e-commerce, search optimization, content management solutions and mobile applications.”
