Stuttgart, November 10, 2011 – Firms such as Otto and Thomas Cook use the search function and targeting solutions of Fredhopper to raise their conversion rates and sales in e-business and e-commerce. Heiler Software, a leading supplier of Enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) solutions, now provides its customers a Fredhopper adapter. This adapter will help improve search, cross-selling and conversion rates in e-commerce.
The integration of the Heiler PIM platform with Fredhopper was made possible by the collaboration between both companies. With a central platform for all product information, Heiler Software makes the presentation and the sale of large product assortments possible in different channels such as web shops, marketplaces and catalogs.

Heiler Software is making this adaptor available to customers of its Product Information Management solution and can be adapted to client specific requirements. Through the Heiler and Fredhopper cooperation both the assortment and the customer can now be connected.
