Windsor Circle Releases E-Commerce Intelligence Software

New Software Helps Online Retailers Increase E-mail Marketing Revenue.

DURHAM, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Windsor Circle, Inc. announced today that it has launched the ”Early Access” version of its “eCommerce Intelligence Software” for online retailers. This version supports email marketing service providers including WhatCounts, Constant Contact and MailChimp. The product helps online retailers increase email marketing revenue by using purchase data, analytics and segmentation to build targeted and relevant marketing campaigns.

Windsor Circle has already established industry partnerships with Bronto Software, WhatCounts, iContact and Vortx, the makers of AspDotNetStorefront. These relationships will accelerate Windsor Circle’s customer acquisition and product development.

For the many retailers that use these and other software tools to run their eCommerce stores, accessing and analyzing customer data is a high obstacle preventing business optimization.

“The inefficiencies and lost revenue that result when online retailers don’t leverage their full breadth of information are massive: customers get frustrated when content isn’t relevant, retailers lose valuable customers, and profits are lost,” explained Matt Williamson, CEO, Windsor Circle. “This downward cycle is repeated as these retailers then lack the resources to compete against big companies like Amazon.com. We help retailers disrupt this cycle by making the marketing intelligence software used by the world’s leading online retailers available to the middle market.”

The launch of Windsor Circle’s Beta software follows on the heels of the company’s recent Seed Funding Announcement.
