Capital Payments Appoints a Payments Industry Veteran as its CEO

John M. Perry has more than 20 years of experience in e-commerce and the electronic transaction industry.

MELVILLE, NY. - Capital Payments LLC, a leading payment services provider, announced today that it has appointed John M. Perry as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Perry is a leader in the e-commerce and the electronic transaction industry with more than 20 years of experience in a variety of executive and general management roles. 

Prior to joining Capital Payments LLC, Perry served as CEO of iPay Technologies, a Jack Henry Company; Executive Vice President at Ruesch International, a Travelex company; CEO of Spectrum, an independent electronic bill-payments company; and President and COO of NOVA Information Systems, a US Bancorp company. Perry has also held executive positions with First Data, Visa USA and Wells Fargo Bank. Perry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an Executive Masters in Management (MBA) from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
