Speed FC Appoints Two Industry Veterans to Leadership Roles in Operations Division

Mike Anderson and Antonio Coliccio have joined the company as vice president of operations and vice president, customer operations, respectively.

Dallas, Texas, November 4, 2010 – SPEED FC (SPEED), a leading provider of end-to-end e-commerce solutions for retailers and manufacturers, recently announced two key hires to its leadership team.  Mike Anderson and Antonio Coliccio have joined the company as vice president of operations and vice president, customer operations, respectively.  Anderson assumes responsibility for SPEED’s fulfillment operations and will be based at SPEED’s headquarters in Dallas, Texas.  Coliccio, with responsibility for SPEED’s customer care centers, will operate from SPEED’s Columbus, Ohio, location.

As vice president of operations, Anderson will lead and manage SPEED’s operations at the company’s  two current distribution centers in Dallas and Columbus.  He will also provide valuable direction in support of the company’s growth and its vision for future systems and facilities.  Prior to SPEED, Anderson served as vice president of operations for Max Industries, a manufacturer and distributor of furniture and home décor.   He came to Max Industries after a 27-year career at the Neiman Marcus Group, where he successfully led operations teams at both the store and catalog levels.

As vice president, customer operations, Coliccio will lead and manage SPEED’s customer contact centers located in Columbus, Ohio, Dallas, Texas, and Queretaro, Mexico.  Coliccio brings extensive experience in contact center management with direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses.  Immediately prior to SPEED, Coliccio served as director of customer operations for DSW, where he was responsible for designing, implementing and managing the contact center, store operations and the company’s successful loyalty program.  Previously to DSW he served in key management roles of planning and  analysis/operations at Victoria’s Secret/Limited Brands, from October 2000 to February 2007.
