Outdoor gear retailer Moosejaw Mountaineering has hired a new vice president of technology. Jerry Lewis comes to the online retailer from CrossView Inc., an e-commerce services provider.
At CrossView, Lewis was vice president of ProAAMS managed services. Moosejaw says it worked closely with Lewis and his former company on multichannel e-commerce projects.
“It was completely logical move for Jerry to join the Moosejaw team,” says Harvey Kanter, the retailer’s CEO. “We couldn’t be happier to have acquired such a talented individual.”
Lewis began consulting for Web Emporium, a web design firm, in 1998. In 2002, Lewis took over as senior vice president of technology for Telecom Asset Management. He joined CrossView in 2006.
