The Knot Inc., No. 335 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide, is planning to redeploy its three e-commerce sites on a single e-commerce platform from Mediachase Ltd.
WeddingChannel.com will be the first of the company’s brands to be relaunched on the eCommerce Framework platform, followed by its other brands such as The Bump and Wedding Shop.
WeddingChannel.com, which attracts more than 1.5 million unique visitors per month, currently runs on Microsoft Commerce Server, The Knot says.
The Knot’s e-commerce sites generate about 23% of its revenue and in 2009 totaled $24.7 million in online sales.
