Alibaba’s Tmall Global now features goods from 14,500 overseas brands, 80% of them selling in China for the first time.

Art.com Inc., an online retailer of posters, prints and artwork, has hired Andrew Wait as chief marketing officer.
Wait will oversee the e-retailer’s marketing operations and strategy, including online marketing, international marketing, user experience and product management, branding and business development.
Wait previously worked as senior vice president and general manager of genealogy site Ancestry.com. He has also worked as senior director of marketing at Kodak Gallery and senior director of marketing for EarthLink’s PeoplePC Brand.
