Rounding out the top five retailers after Netflix.com, Gomez listed LLBean.com (5.70 seconds), ColdwaterCreek.com (5.80), Overstock.com (5.80), and Nordstrom.com (5.91).
In June, 25 of the 47 major retailers tested topped the group’s average consistency score of 8.58 seconds.
The consistency ratings take into account differences in the speed of web page delivery across multiple visits.
