The Retail Advertising and Marketing Association has elected new directors to its board. Each director will serve up to two consecutive three-year terms at the association, which is a division of the National Retail Federation.
The new board members are Greg Clark, vice president, creative leadership and processes, J.C. Penney Co. Inc.; Jay Dunne, vice president, marketing, Lane Bryant; and Lisa Gavales, executive vice president and chief marketing officer, Express LLC.
Also elected were Colleen Mayer, vice president, marketing and administrative services, the Bon-Ton Stores Inc.; Peter Sachse, chief marketing officer, Macy’s Inc. and Ginny Shiverdecker, executive vice president and managing director, McCann Erikson.
The Retail Advertising and Marketing Association is a trade association of more than 1,500 retail companies as well as advertising agencies, media companies and other industry service providers.
J.C. Penney is No. 11 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide . Lane Bryant is a unit of Charming Shoppes Inc., No. 98 and Macy’s is No. 23.
