American Media Services, a provider of customized audio content delivered over the Internet for retail stores, has named Todd Fowler president of its digital media division.
American Media Services LLC, a provider of customized audio content delivered over the Internet for retail stores, has named industry veteran Todd Fowler president of its digital media division, American Media Services Interactive, or AMSi.
Fowler’s responsibilities will include expanding the market for AMSi’s Storecasting in-store audio service, which provides Internet-distributed in-store audio content that retailers can customize with marketing and promotional messages delivered at the point of sale. Fowler will also oversee AMSi’s TheRadio.com, which lets consumers listen to more than 200 music channels for no charge.
Fowler is also president of the company’s brokerage division, which assists companies in the buying and selling of radio station properties.
Fowler previously was senior director of affiliate relations for ABC Radio Networks and president and CEO of Quorum Radio Partners.
