Top 50 retailers average 98.48% web site access in April

Web shoppers could access a top 50 retail site with a high broadband connection an average of 98.48% of the time in April. That compares with an average of 96.31% for a low broadband connection and 77.61% for dial-up, says Gomez.

The retailer with the best high broadband availability rate in April was ColdwaterCreek.com at 99.54%, followed by Newegg.com at 99.42%, and Avon.com and Chadwicks.com at 99.24%.
