Robert Antall has left his position as CEO of retail consulting company LakeWest Group to start his own consulting company, C3 Management Consulting. He joined LakeWest as executive vice president in 1994 and became CEO in 2002.

Antall’s spot has been filled by Ken Morris, who has added the title of CEO to his role as president of LakeWest Group. Morris joined LakeWest in 2004. Before joining LakeWest, Morris founded software companies for retailers.

Antall says his new firm takes the approach that “a twenty-first century business is no longer simply a retailer, cataloguer or wholesaler, but a complex, integrated corporation.” Consulting services will include web sites, stores and supply chain, with a focus on HR productivity, inventory optimization, business process efficiency, and technology effectiveness.

C3 (which stands for Consumer Centric Consulting) is based in Cleveland. Before joining LakeWest, Antall was chief information officer at PVH Corp., makers of the Phillips van Heusen brand, from 1989 to 1994.
