On-demand e-mail marketing services vendor iContact has appointed two new vice presidents. Sarah Stealey is vice president of customer support and Frank Eagle vice president of strategic alliances.
Stealey has more than 12 years experience in sales and client management, most recently with PeopleSupport Inc., where she was managing director and vice president of client services. In her new role she’ll oversee iContact’s customer service representatives and assist the director of customer service in ensuring quality support of iContact’s 30,000 customers.
With more than 20 years of executive-level and sales experience, Eagle joins iContact from eLoyalty Corp., where he was vice president of marketing and alliances. In his new role he’ll focus on forming strategic alliances with large companies that focus on the small business market.
“Frank and Sarah bring a wealth of experience to the iContact team” says Ryan Allis, chief executive officer. “Their industry expertise will help us continue our aggressive growth plan as we build on our already phenomenal success.”
