CyberSource promotes interim chief to head its UK subsidiary

Simon Stokes has been named managing director of CyberSource Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of CyberSource, which provides payment processing and risk-management technology.

CyberSource Corp. has promoted Simon Stokes to managing director of its UK subsidiary, CyberSource Ltd. Stokes joined the UK company in 2006 as sales director and has been interim managing director since June 2007.

"Simon Stokes has been an exceptional contributor to CyberSource from day one," says Michael Walsh, senior vice president of worldwide sales at Mountain View, CA-based CyberSource.
