The publisher is pairing with meal-delivery startup Chef’d to sell ingredients for recipes on its NYT Cooking site.
Infusion Software has named Michael Effinger chief financial officer. Previously, Effinger was CFO and executive vice president of corporate development at iCrossing.
Infusion Software, a vendor of customer relationship management technology and online marketing services that targets small businesses, has named Michael Effinger chief financial officer.
“Infusion Software has roughly doubled in size each of the last three years and we continue to grow very quickly,” says Clate Mask, president and CEO. “Mike’s extensive financial expertise and entrepreneurial drive will help us continue to grow.”
Previously, Effinger was CFO and executive vice president of corporate development at iCrossing Inc., an online marketing company. There Effinger managed numerous venture capital fundings totaling in excess of $100 million. He also led the legal and financial closing of four domestic and international strategic acquisitions.
Prior to iCrossing he served as CFO and senior vice president at Sunshine Media Inc., a publisher of specialty business-to-business trade magazines.
