The retailer, No. 72 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide, has redesigned Etronics.com with several new features and functions. The site now features on-site price comparison, live chat with customer representatives and a 30-day money back guarantee.
Other new features include tools for shipping an order to multiple addresses, a gift registry and re-order option, customer product reviews and a seasonal “Catchy Phrase Contest” where customers can make suggestions for the Etronics.com tagline for various prizes.
To expedite transaction processing, Etronics is also adding Google Checkout. Customers who use Google Checkout to process their order will receive a 5% discount. The offer lasts through Dec. 31.
