Guess is stepping up its digital marketing in hopes of connecting with a younger audience.
Vendio’s comparison shopping site Dealio.com has been redesigned to display multiple shopping features on individual pages. In addition to pricing, shoppers now can find in one place eBay listings and user-generated deals.
Vendio Services Inc. has launched the redesigned shopping engine Dealio.com. The comparison shopping web site now includes coupon and eBay auctions information on individual web pages, a format designed to make comparison shopping easier for even casual shoppers.
“We redesigned the site and made it easier to navigate,” a spokeswoman says. “It used to be harder to find all the places shoppers wanted to go. The features were available before, but shoppers had to search them individually.”
Dealio searches for products and coupons and now combines the results with deals posted and voted on by other site shoppers. The new site displays a mash-up of these community-generated deals along with the lowest prices from stores and online marketplaces such as eBay, along with manufacturer and store coupons.
The company says Dealio’s new look also is designed to improve the product search process.
“We know that people appreciate the convenience of online shopping in general, but the drudgery of the online deal hunt has taken much of the value out of the original concept,” says Rodrigo Sales, Vendio’s CEO and co-founder.
Vendio launched Dealio.com in August 2005.
