BabyUniverse says the agreement with Amazon is the first significant relationship designed to support a plan to transform BabyUniverse from a pure e-commerce company into a content, commerce and new media concern.
BabyUniverse Inc. has agreed to become a content provider to Amazon.com Inc.’s Amazon Baby marketplace. BabyUniverse will provide content from its PoshCravings.com and ePregnancy.com units to Amazon.
BabyUniverse provides content and e-commerce aimed at expectant and new parents.
