Online sales grow 25% for week ending Oct. 23

Online sales for the week ending Oct. 23 grew 25%, reaching $1.71 billion from $1.37 billion in the corresponding week a year ago, comScore Networks Inc. reports.

 

Online sales for the week ending Oct. 23 grew 25%, reaching $1.71 billion from $1.37 billion in the corresponding week a year ago, comScore Networks Inc. reports.

By comparison, total retail sales for the week ending Oct 22 were up 2.9% from the same week a year ago, reports ShopperTrak’s National Retail Sales Estimate.

Online travel sales for week ending Oct. 23 were up 11% to $1.38 billion from $1.24 billion in the corresponding week a year ago, comScore reports.
